Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise learning, or related initiatives • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and change management principles • Experience supporting enterprise learning, upskilling, or AI adoption programs preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Familiarity with program metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards such as Power BI • Hands-on experience creating technical or semi-technical training materials • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in large, cross-functional enterprise environments Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end management of AI Academy initiatives focused on AI adoption, awareness, and learning • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management processes • Coordinate activities across various teams, business units, and geographies • Monitor progress, track deliverables, and communicate program status to stakeholders • Drive enterprise AI awareness programs, including workshops, seminars, and campaigns • Support rollout of AI learning journeys and internal training efforts • Partner with AI, data science, and IT leaders to align messaging and support organizational change • Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and organizational readiness efforts • Maintain program governance, documentation, and metrics to ensure responsible AI practices and compliance #DICE #ZR-PRO
