Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online vehicle sales efforts. In this role, you will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, engage with prospective customers through various channels, and drive high-end automotive sales. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and customer service will be essential in maximizing the dealership's revenue while providing an outstanding digital buying experience. Required skills & qualifications • Exceptional telephone sales skills (confidence, control, and closing abilities). • Strong typing and computer proficiency. • Ability to structure automotive deals on the fly. • Proven ability to motivate and influence customers to choose Prestige Cadillac. • Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and elevate team members. • Strong understanding of the current automotive market and vehicle pricing trends. • Finance experience preferred. • Professional attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic.
