Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing brand presence across multiple platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance our online visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and creative tools to drive brand growth and engagement. Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and posting using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. and all Ai tools , create a videos and contant. • Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding initiatives. • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts and website content. • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to increase reach and engagement. • Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand image through media outreach and partnership development. • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through targeted marketing strategies. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and web developers to produce multimedia content. • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community engagement.
