The role We are looking for a senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead commercial growth in the Italian market. This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role, ideal for an experienced sales leader who wants flexibility while driving real revenue impact. You will work closely with the Founders to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and shape our Italian go-to-market strategy. Your Responsibilities You will: • Leverage your existing Italian network to open doors with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platforms • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and closing • Drive POCs, pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations • Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders on pricing, and positioning • Provide structured market feedback to refine ICPs, value proposition, and sales playbooks • Represent Prestatech in senior-level commercial discussions and partnerships Requirements: What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales • Proven track record selling complex, regulated solutions to Italian financial institutions • A strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit-focused fintechs • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles • Commercially sharp, self-directed, and comfortable with ownership • Fluent English and Italian Engagement & Compensation This role is open to both: • Fractional / contractor engagement (part-time, outcome-driven), or • Full-time employment on an open-ended contract, directly with Prestatech The structure will be defined together based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and expected market impact. Both structure will have a performance-oriented compensation (fixed salary + success-based upside).
