Job Description: • The Senior Consultant coordinates and leads project teams of internal consultants, advisors, and growth professionals, overseeing the delivery of traditional and transformational human experience consulting, strategic support, and projects across multiple clients. • Management of interdisciplinary teams, design of statistical, financial and operational analyses, quality control, development and presentation of client deliverables, management of existing client relationships, industry research, and expansion of business. • Provides expertise and analysis with active role in executive interviews; responsible for creating and supporting executive summary content formation; and supports strategic roadmap based on client priorities. • Ensures successful collaborations with core client account team and/or internal business units to transition strategic recommendations into actionable improvement plans for ongoing client relationships. • Responsible for contributing and leading strategic internal innovation and collaborative projects to design, deliver and improve enterprise capabilities to meet and exceed perceived value with clients. Requirements: • 10+ years of previous work experience in healthcare • Director level experience in healthcare or senior level consultant • Experience working with complex data sets across the human experience (patient, employee, safety, quality, payor, clinical operations, etc.) • Background in leading performance improvement and/or change management initiatives in a complex environment • Experience in medical management design and operations • Healthcare corporate strategy/innovation development • Healthcare quality improvement, change management, performance improvement initiatives • Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.) • Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, PPT, Excel) to support document preparation • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to quickly adapt to multiple priorities • Proactive, “can do” approach and growth mindset • Master’s degree required from an accredited university.
