3-5+ years Salesforce Admin experience, ADM201 certification required, strong Salesforce best practices knowledge, project management skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

The Salesforce Administrator will provide primary support for Presidio’s Salesforce.com environment, assisting end users and serving as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, and the Salesforce team. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary support resource for Salesforce.com environment with 1,500+ users. • Perform daily administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, visibility, system error resolution, and other routine tasks. • Complete regular internal system audits and assist with system upgrades. • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations. • Partner with the Salesforce team to identify and implement user experience improvements. • Collaborate with management to establish processes that support end users. • Provide training for new users and grow Salesforce.com skill sets across the organization. • Act as the liaison between business users and Salesforce system team. • Work independently with user groups to define and document enhancement requirements. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for user and system errors. Skills • 3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator • Salesforce Admin ADM201 certification required • Proven ability to design and implement new processes (e.g., custom business processes utilizing Flow) • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality • Strong data management skills • Excellent project management skills and positive, team-oriented attitude • Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and manage laterally and upwards • Creative and analytical problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization • Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true business needs • Understanding of the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related systems/processes • Salesforce Advanced Admin ADM211, Service Cloud Consultant, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications preferred • Prior experience supporting IT sales teams preferred Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience Company Overview • Presidio provides managed services and network solutions technologies.
