About the Role We’re seeking an Enrollment Support Associate to support our Customer Success and Sales teams by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions related to enrollment. In this role, you’ll assist with toll deposit calls, document collection, and account setup, while helping customers navigate our products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams. This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix office, with two in-office days per week. Essential Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Support Take inbound toll deposit calls during the first week of each month. Make outbound calls to collect documents for the Sales team. Respond to customer inquiries and assess needs to recommend appropriate enrollment options. Demonstrate a strong understanding of PrePass products and services. Account Setup & Documentation Gather information needed to set up new customer portfolios. Close accounts including system setup and toll deposit collection. Document customer interactions and create detailed customer profiles. Prepare standard reports related to enrollment and account activity. Process Improvement & Collaboration Work with the Sales Team to assist with prospect inquiries. Assist with planning and implementing department goals. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process. Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous telesales or sales experience (preferred, not required). Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred, not required). Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organizational skills and ability to balance workload.
