We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Success Manager to join our Prenuvo team! What You'll Do Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that identify, engage, and scale high-value partnerships. Ensure the success of partnerships from initial implementation through ongoing growth and retention. Partner with the Partnerships VP and Director to identify and research new partnership opportunities while actively managing a dynamic pipeline. Support partnership discovery and pipeline development through targeted outreach and strategic planning Drive partner event strategy and oversee end-to-end planning and execution with the partner marketing team Build, monitor, and strengthen relationships with key partners to drive continued growth and long-term success. Lead partner launches by collaborating with partner marketing teams and external stakeholders on all key deliverables. Ensure seamless contract execution and ensure partner compliance with marketing deliverables. Develop and manage a centralized partnership database to track contacts, engagement metrics, content performance, and preferences. Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actions that drive partnership growth. Track partner member satisfaction and proactively address risks to ensure long-term retention and success. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies Develop and sustain strong partner relationships through consistent, high-touch engagement and professionalism Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when interacting with partners What You’ll Bring 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships or client success Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in deal negotiation and deal execution skills Event execution and cross collaboration experience Proficient in SFDC, excel and Google Suite Experience managing difficult partners or clients and leading them to success Creative mindset, problem solving skills and out of the box thinker Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent experiences Deep knowledge of the health and wellness space is a strong plus Awareness of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance is a plus Our Values First: we are Pioneers Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
