A Clinical Operations Assistant at Prenuvo is typically responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare facilities. This role can be based remotely as Clinical Operations Assistants support our entire clinic network across North America, the candidate must be able to support West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) hours of operations up until 6pm PST and be able to work occasional weekends. What You'll Do Quality Assurance & Report Management Review radiology reports daily for accuracy, consistency, and clinical severity across the entire clinic network. Collaborate with radiologists to correct report discrepancies before release. Release finalized reports to nurse practitioners, physicians, or patients based on exam type, referral source, and clinic-specific workflows. Workflow & Case Assignment Manually assign cases including VIP, emergent, consult, and research studies based on radiologist specialty, licensing, and priority. Manage radiologist workloads and monitor turnaround times (TAT). Follow up on delayed reports, missing referrals, and cases requiring special clearance (e.g., implants, claustrophobia). Provide feedback to radiologists on quality issues and assist in peer review and enterprise QA initiatives. Communication & Liaison Serve as a communication bridge between radiologists, technologists, and internal teams on image quality issues, missing images, follow up questions from patients or physicians, requests to speak to the radiologist from physicians. Follow up with patients to collect additional clinical history as needed. Coordinate with multiple teams for an effective workflow and patient focused care. Project & Data Support Collect and organize patient data for internal initiatives and marketing campaigns based on exam findings and severity. Assist with specialized studies to ensure proper routing, report availability, and system updates. Maintain and monitor Jira tickets for case tracking, workflow updates, and issue resolution. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, health sciences, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and radiology reporting standards. 2+ years of experience in healthcare or radiology operations, quality assurance, or clinical coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively across teams in a remote setting. Familiarity with Google suite, JIRA, slack, and HIS/RIS systems. Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or HIPAA, is essential to ensure adherence to protocols and protect patient confidentiality. Comfortable and available to work weekend on a rotating basis Nice to Have: Prior experience working with radiologists, technologists, and physicians.
