Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 5 years of clinical experience, including 3 years in training or clinical education. An active clinical license is required, with advanced degrees and certifications preferred.

The Senior Clinical Application Specialist is a critical role responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training programs for AI/ML Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products across healthcare systems. This position serves as the bridge between advanced medical technology and clinical practice, ensuring successful adoption and optimal utilization of the AI/ML tools by healthcare professionals. The Senior Clinical Application Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with product, data-science, implementation, clinical, and commercial teams to develop engaging, evidence-based training materials tailored to all types of clinicians. Responsibilities Training Program Development & Implementation Design and develop role-specific training curricula for hospital based clinical personnel, including physicians, advanced practice providers and nurses. Create multi-modal training materials including interactive modules, video tutorials, quick reference guides and simulation exercises. Establish competency frameworks and assessment protocols to ensure proficiency in AI/ML SaMD usage and in accordance with FDA Indication for Use (IFU) statement. Collaborate with sales leadership to align clinical training strategies with commercial objectives and customer training goals. Support sales calls and presentations as a clinical expert, providing credibility, workflow insight, and real-world context to support commercial discussions. Ensure all materials and delivery methods meet regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA post-market expectations). Clinical Adoption & Change Management Serve as the clinical point of contact during onboarding and training phases. Collaborate with clinical champions to integrate with hospital workflows and promote peer-to-peer learning. Tailor education plans to align with each client’s workflows, clinical priorities, and staff learning needs. Proactively monitor clinical engagement and training participation. Escalate and assist in resolving training-related challenges impacting adoption. Conduct post-training evaluations (e.g., satisfaction surveys, knowledge checks) to assess training effectiveness. Track training-related KPIs (e.g., completion rates, pre/post-assessment scores) and share insights with leadership and customer success. Client Enablement Deliver tailored clinical training programs (virtual/live) for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and quality leaders. Lead seamless onboarding efforts related to Sepsis ImmunoScore™ education, SHAP-value interpretation, and workflow integration within EMRs. Implement microlearning content, job aids, FAQs, and other enablement tools that support real-world use. Identify opportunities for refresher training or advanced modules as customer needs evolve. Collaboration & Internal Advocacy Represent clinician voice across internal teams (Product, R&D, Implementation, Customer Success, Commercial). ·Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product iterations, interface updates, and documentation priorities. Participate in internal readiness and alignment sessions to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across accounts. Contribute to scalable content libraries for future implementations (e.g., reusable training modules, scenario-based vignettes).
