Job Description Profixter (Premium Island Homes INC) is changing how homeowners get handyman help. Instead of paying hourly or begging for quotes, customers subscribe for one flat monthly price and get unlimited next-day handyman visits. We're hiring 5 commission-only Remote Sales Reps to join our growing team. No cold office. No hourly boss. Just real people, real sales, and big potential. If you’re friendly, motivated, and excited to sell a service that actually helps people — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: • Promote Profixter's handyman subscription to homeowners, landlords, parents, and seniors • Use your personal promo code to track all sales (and get paid fast) • Message leads from our Facebook & Instagram business inbox — or do your own outreach • Share discounts and giveaways from our marketing team to help close deals • Use any method you want: in-person, phone, DMs, local events, Facebook groups, etc. • Get guidance directly from the founder (who is acting Sales Manager during onboarding) Pay & Commission: • 50% commission from every first-month payment • Example: You close a $149 sale → you earn $74.50 • Weekly cashout option available • No cap — top reps earn $500–$2000/week or more • No base pay — this is 100% commission only Ideal Candidate: • Must be based in the U.S. (Long Island a plus) • Comfortable working commission-only (no hourly wage) • Great with people — in-person or online • Sales experience is a bonus, but not required • Self-starter who wants flexibility and full control over income Perks & Growth: • Flexible hours — work part-time or full-time • Fully remote – answer DMs or make sales from anywhere • All leads & sales tracked with your personal code • Supportive team + startup energy (we’re growing fast) • Free Profixter subscription after 10 closed sales • Top reps will be considered for Sales Manager promotion How to Apply: No fancy resume or degree needed — just show us you’re hungry to succeed.
