We are looking for a customer service coordinator to act as a liaison between our prospective customers and our sales department. this individual will provide product/service information, coordinate appointments and resolve customer issue with efficiency. Responsibilities • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-direct calls as required • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. • Arrange appointments, conduct follow up calls and maintain communication with customers. • Data entry in CRM database • Provide support to Sales Reps, Managers and other Premiere Roofing team members. Skills • Familiar with using E-mail in a professional manner (Microsoft Outlook) • Strong phone skills and active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer orientated • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • High school degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Paid time off Work Location: In person
