Premiere Events has showrooms in North Austin, South Austin, College Station, and The Woodlands, serving both special event professionals and individual event holders. Job Description: Premiere Events is expanding our operations team in The Woodlands! We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Operations Lead to help ensure our Woodlands operations run smoothly and efficiently. This full-time position plays an essential role in making sure every event order is delivered with the quality and care our clients expect. Responsibilities: • Coordinating customer pickup (CPU) orders and ensuring accurate fulfillment • Monitoring customer returns to confirm all items are complete and in excellent condition • Recording and reporting any missing or damaged inventory • Coordinating or performing local deliveries, pick ups, and installations • Supporting overall warehouse and logistics operations for a seamless client experience Candidates should be: • Comfortable driving a box truck for local deliveries 🚚 • Available to work nights and weekends as event schedules require (late nights subject to extra pay, overtime at 1.5x) • Organized, proactive, and a strong team player 📍 Based in The Woodlands, TX 💌 For more information or to apply, contact Lauren at Lauren@PremiereEventsOnline.com
