Responsibilities • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts • Answer questions about products or the company • Enter and update customer information in the database • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Qualifications • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems • Excellent knowledge of English • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone Job Highlights • 2 month contract with potential to extend • Can be fully remote, or if local to the NYC office, can come into office 1x per week • Key responsibilities: high-volume outreach, selling an event to their clients • Must be tenacious, sales-driven, and able to manage large volume calls and tracking to go along with it • Part time schedule: ideally Wed/Thurs/Friday, 8 hours per day Compensation • $24.32 - $35.14 /hour Pay Rate To be considered for our current job openings, we kindly ask that you complete your registration by clicking the “apply” button.
