About Us: We are a growing Interventional Pain Management practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on professional development and career growth. Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and motivated Medical Receptionist, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish, to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, friendly, and skilled at managing a range of administrative and clinical support duties in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner • Answer and direct phone calls, manage voicemails, and schedule appointments • Handle insurance verifications and prior authorization requests • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents • Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations Additional Responsibilities: Willingness to cross-train and assist in various clinical support areas, which may include: • Collecting urine drug screens • Taking and recording patient vital signs • Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit with the provider Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred but not required • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation • Willingness to assist with light clinical duties (training provided if needed) Schedule: Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
