Full Description

Job Description: • Responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and expansion of the Food & Nutrition program • Create and execute strategies to drive satisfaction, penetration, and growth • Enhance member and field engagement regarding the Food Program • Determine needs of healthcare members to develop future strategies • Lead strategy development for Clinical Nutrition and Wellness programs • Lead member engagement and education for food operations Requirements: • 12 or more years of experience in food service program development • Bachelor's degree (Required) • Leadership position within the food service industry • Proven ability to drive results • Proven customer engagement skills including marketing and education development • Develop high performing people and team • Formal education in the food or hospitality field • Master’s degree (Preferred) • Registered Dietitian (Preferred) Benefits: • Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance • 401k retirement program • Paid time off • Participation in Premier’s employee incentive plans • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
