Full Description

Job Description: • The Manager works collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants • Deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Actively lead and manage a significant workstream or project • Determine client needs and develop recommendations and solutions for client consideration • Develop presentations and deliverables for various audiences • Manage project or workstream economics and administrative activities • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff • Participate in practice development activities Requirements: • 5 or more years of experience • Bachelor's degree (Required) • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • RN license or other professional license in clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification Benefits: • Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance • 401k retirement program • Paid time off • Participation in Premier’s employee incentive plans • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
