Trainee Sales Representative Location: Downtown Austin, Texas (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000 + Quarterly Bonus We're partnering with a fast-growing U.S technology company based in Austin, Texas that helps business modernize and grow through innovative digital solution. Our client is expanding their sales team and is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join as Trainee Sales Representatives in a phone-based sales role. About the Role: As a Trainee Sales Representative, you’ll spend much of your day on the phone connecting with potential customers - learning how to understand their needs, present solutions and close deals. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced mentors who will guide you as you develop your confidence, communication skills and product knowledge.
