Job Overview Premier Groundworks LLC is seeking a licensed Master Plumber with strong knowledge of modern plumbing systems and current industry practices. This individual will work directly with the estimator to estimate prospective jobs and oversee day-to-day plumbing operations across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading crews while managing projects from bid to completion. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities  Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and overall project costs  Design, install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial water systems  Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national building codes  Submit competitive bids and proposals for plumbing projects  Complete and submit required permits and documentation to city and township offices  Supervise and direct plumbers and laborers on job sites  Maintain project timelines and ensure work meets quality standards  Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client communication Qualifications & Requirements  Valid Master Plumber License (Required)  Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing  Strong understanding of current plumbing systems, materials, and best practices  Ability to design and troubleshoot complex water systems  Experience preparing accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates  Strong leadership and team management skills  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and collaboratively  Strong communication and customer service skills Incentives  Job performance bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Building: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: • Builders License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Livonia, MI 48150 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Livonia, MI 48150: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
