Fast-paced, collaborative logistics environment Logistics Operations Administrator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Administrator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role focuses on carrier vetting, shipment tracking, and administrative coordination, with opportunities to contribute to IT and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has logistics administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Vet and onboard carriers by verifying credentials, insurance, and compliance documentation • Monitor and review shipment tracking to ensure timely pickups and deliveries • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation within logistics and transportation systems • Support scheduling, reporting, and general administrative functions related to logistics operations • Assist with data entry, audits, and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and information accuracy IT & Marketing Support (Preferred) • Assist with basic IT-related tasks such as system updates, troubleshooting, or software coordination • Support marketing efforts including content updates, data management, CRM support, or internal communications • Help maintain digital tools, databases, or reporting platforms as needed Qualifications • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or administrative support (required) • Experience vetting carriers and reviewing shipment tracking (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/transportation software • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills • Exposure to IT systems, software administration, or technology support • Marketing experience, including digital tools, data tracking, or content support • Familiarity with TMS, CRM platforms, or logistics databases Work Environment • Opportunities for growth and cross-functional experience Additional Benefits • Quarterly Bonuses • Annual Bonus • Annual Salary Increase Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan Work Location: In person
