Full Description

Job Description: • Leading one or more workstreams delivering sold projects • Liaise with client on a regular basis to ascertain strategic brand or departmental direction • Identifies obstacles and challenges and provide solution-oriented ideas • Travel to meetings, as appropriate, to manage Client expectations • Participates in strategy development discussions • Displays deep understanding of brand strategies and implications to owned initiatives • Develops, reviews, and comments on brand content for alignment with brand strategies • Works with Medical/Copy/Strategic Services for Client strategic objectives • Liaises with internal teams to coordinate program development, execution and budget management • Ensures the highest standards of quality control of client materials • Leads internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and quality of work is high • Manages Account teams to ensure they meet customer needs • Coaches, develops, and supervises staff • Pursues and secures business with existing and prospective new Clients • Develops tactical and budget recommendations aligned with brand strategies • Manages budgets, projections, reconciliation and forecasting to meet corporate goals Requirements: • Bachelor Degree • 8+ years of experience with a pharmaceutical advertising agency or in a managed markets, medical communications company • 5+ years in direct client/ brand account management • Launch experience • Experience supervising 2+ team members • Prior experience managing a large book of business • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement savings benefits • Life insurance • Disability benefits • Parental leave • Paid time off for sick leave and vacation
