The Studio Artist will work closely with the Studio team members and Project Management to ensure timely execution of all deliverables. Responsibilities • Primary responsibilities include executing revisions to layouts, resizing art, and creating PDFs from art files • Consults with the Senior Graphic Designer, Studio Manager. Associate Creative Director or Creative Director to evaluate specifications for individual project needs • Prepares finished layout for printer; preflight disks and prepares for output • Archives completed projects to appropriate media • Assists with related special projects as needed Required Traits, Skills, And Abilities • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients • Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proficiency in Creative Suite applications Minimum Required Education And Experience • BA degree in advertising or graphic design • 1+ years of graphic design experience in an advertising or marketing agency • Knowledge of desktop publishing applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) • Knowledge of prepress/disk-to-plate preparation • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
