Lead .NET Developer / .NET Architect Location: Multiple locations iover USA Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Visa Preference: H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC (No C2C / No Consultancy / No Marketing Profiles) Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Lead .NET Developer / Architect with 12+ years of strong hands-on development and architectural experience. The ideal candidate must have worked on large-scale enterprise applications and should be capable of designing, leading, and delivering end-to-end solutions. We are specifically looking for independent consultants on H4 EAD, L2S, GC, or USC. Strictly no consultancy layers or marketing profiles. Mandatory Technical Skills • C# • .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8 • ASP.NET Core • Web API / RESTful Services • Microservices Architecture • Azure Cloud (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure DevOps) • SQL Server (Advanced Queries, Performance Tuning) • Entity Framework / EF Core • LINQ • Docker & Kubernetes • CI/CD Pipelines • Design Patterns (SOLID, Repository, CQRS) • OAuth / JWT / Identity Server • Azure AD / Authentication & Authorization • Unit Testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) • Caching (Redis) • Messaging (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus) Good to Have • Experience in Event-Driven Architecture • Exposure to React / Angular • Experience with GraphQL • Knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code • Experience in Retail, Healthcare, or Financial domain Key Responsibilities • Architect and design scalable enterprise-grade applications • Lead a team of developers and conduct code reviews • Define system architecture, API standards, and best practices • Optimize application performance and scalability • Implement secure coding practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and QA • Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives • Participate in client technical discussions Required Experience • Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies • At least 4+ years in architecture or technical leadership role • Strong experience in cloud-native development (Azure preferred) • Experience working directly with US clients is a plus • Strong communication skills Screening Criteria (Strict) • Must be an individual contributor (No third-party layers) • No consultancy or marketing resumes • No C2C profiles • Must be able to take technical ownership independently • Strong recent hands-on coding experience required If you are a strong hands-on Lead/Architect with enterprise-level .NET and Azure experience and eligible to work under H4 EAD, L2S, GC, or USC, we encourage you to apply and share your resumes at ramakrishna.p@ptcit.com linkedin.com/in/rama-krishna-91674b257
