Lead Frontend React Developer Experience: 12–15+ Years (Overall Frontend/UI Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (W2 Only) Work Authorization: H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, Green Card, US Citizen Location: Multiple Locations across the USA Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Frontend React Developer to drive frontend architecture, lead UI development, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, UI architecture, and performance optimization, along with strong leadership skills to guide teams in enterprise Agile environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale frontend applications using React.js. • Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable component libraries. • Drive adoption of best practices for performance, accessibility, and security. • Architect state management solutions using Redux / Context API. • Collaborate with Backend, DevOps, UX, and Product teams for end-to-end delivery. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and frontend build processes. • Conduct code reviews and mentor senior and junior frontend developers. • Lead troubleshooting of complex UI and production issues. • Contribute to technical roadmaps and modernization initiatives. Required Technical Skills Frontend & UI • Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components) • JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS • UI frameworks: Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS State, APIs & Testing • Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API • RESTful APIs, JSON • Testing: Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Playwright Tooling & DevOps • Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn • Git, GitHub/GitLab • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Practices • Strong understanding of SDLC, UI design patterns, and Agile/Scrum Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG) • Exposure to micro-frontend architecture • Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) for frontend hosting & CDN • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Eligibility & Compliance • W2 Full-Time only • No C2C or consultancy profiles How to Apply Share your updated resume at: 📧 karthik.n@precisiontechcorp.com
