Full Description

Job Description: • create, manage and communicate the program development workflow plan • oversee the client’s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process with the PM Team • manage and mentor Program Manager and Coordinator • participate in the statement of work (SOW) development • act as primary client contact for project status and invoicing • ensure compliance guidelines are followed • manage logistics vendor and perform meeting planning tasks • manage vendors not associated with strategy and content Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • 5-7 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business such as medical communications, advertising, sales training or digital production • MS Office programs including MS Project and search engines • This position requires travel Benefits: • discretionary annual bonus • health insurance • retirement savings benefits • life insurance • disability benefits • parental leave • paid time off for sick leave and vacation
