We are an integrated strategy and marketing agency. Whether it is elevating a brand, shaping a narrative, defining a reputation, navigating a crisis, or persuading and mobilizing an audience, we don't just break through. We break new ground. Precision Strategies is now accepting applications for rising seniors and recent graduates for our fellowship program. This is an exciting opportunity to join either our Washington, D.C. or New York offices and learn about how a dynamic agency works. Our fellowship is a paid program and requires fellows to commit to 40 hours a week. We are currently working in a hybrid model and staff are required to work 50% of the time in office. For rising seniors, the fellowship will run from May 18 - August 7, 2026. For those that have graduated the fellowship will run from May 18 - December 18, 2026. Deadline for applications is Sunday, March 1, 2026. What You Will Be Doing: • Providing support to our team on a variety of clients ranging from companies, causes, and campaigns. • Building and managing media lists and databases • Drafting press materials, media advisories, and internal content • Creating and managing social media content, plans, outreach and performance tracking. • Compiling morning clips and media monitoring. • Participating in client meetings and brainstorms. • Conducting research for our client work and new business. • Gaining an understanding of the PR profession and agency life through structured training programs and on the job training. What We Are Looking For: • A strong interest in growing their communications skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail. • The ability to work collaboratively on a team • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. The Precision Fellowship pays $18.50/hr without a degree and $22/hr for those with a degree. We are currently working in a hybrid model and staff are required to work 50% of the time in office.
