Job Description Precision Castparts Corp.’s Development Programs are powering the future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two-year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in operations management within our manufacturing facilities. This program is specifically designed for graduating seniors or recent graduates. This position will be in various locations and starts January 2026. Program Advantages • Unique visibility to multiple levels of the organization (Plant, Division, Corporate) • 1 : 1 mentorship tailored to specifically align with assignments and skills gaps • Access to a training suite that includes in person sessions from industry experts and PCC leadership as well as an online library with over 50k courses, books, podcasts, etc. • An opportunity to perpetually be considered for promotional opportunities because of your time dedicated during this program • Benchmarking best practice opportunities at other PCC facilities Program Design • First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities spending the first four months as an operations analyst assessing and improving the department. They will supervise the remainder of the yearlong rotation. • Second year members will be placed at another PCC location doing a similar sequence of rotations in a more complex setting. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as : Operations or Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering or related degree. • Prior co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment • Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work outside standard business hours as needed to meet business or project demands • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to handle high stress associated with high activity, tight deadlines • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to exercise time management and prioritization skills • High level of interest in management, operations roles • Must be a US Persons • Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in US only) The program allows members to preference region(s).The Company will match the member with the most meaningful learning experience within the preferred regions. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74900 to $74900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
