Position Summary Assembly operators work without supervision to complete full set ups of assembly machines as well as perform in process inspection tasks verifying quality to performance. May also work in final assembly to assemble complete fastener products from fastener components. This includes the knowledge and use of basic measuring tools, optical comparators, test plates, and installation guns, in addition to validating the quality of upstream product. They will also demonstrate advanced trouble shooting including equipment and product, a knowledge of material types, in addition to executing full equipment PM tasks. 1-3 Years Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. • Work without supervision to setup, test, and operate equipment • All levels of In Process Inspection • All levels of PM • Responsible for Production Paperwork/Operation Audit • Provides leadership and training to lower level employees Required Skills • The ability to read and write English. • Advanced Trouble Shooting • Advanced Inspection & Product Knowledge • Advanced Equipment Setup Experience & Education • 1-3 YOE For informational purposes only the range of pay for this role is $19.00 to $21.00US Dollar (USD)Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only this role is eligible to participate in the Companys Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Companys bonus multiple based on the Companys performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
