Precision Audiology Front Office Professional – Audiology Practice Rate: $18/hr based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday About the Role Precision Audiology is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Front Office Professional to serve as the welcoming face of our practice in downtown Shallotte, NC. You’ll work closely with patients and their families as we provide compassionate, high‑quality hearing healthcare—from diagnosis to treatment using the most advanced hearing technology available. Our mission is simple: help our patients hear the world so they can get back to enjoying their lives. Creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations are essential to that mission. Key Responsibilities • Warmly greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures • Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required forms • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records • Coordinate with audiologists and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and supply ordering Qualifications • Previous front office, medical office, or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail • Compassionate, patient‑focused, and professional demeanor • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance • Minimum of a high school diploma Why Join Us?
