PrecisCa is seeking a highly organized and motivated Fellowship Program Coordinator to support oncology-focused educational programs, conferences, dinners, and sponsored events across the United States. Programs include both virtual and in-person formats. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with physicians, industry partners, and cross-functional teams. The Coordinator will manage logistics, participant engagement, sponsorship support activities, and operational tracking to ensure successful program execution from planning through post-event reporting. All team members at PrecisCa are independent contractors (1099) working full time to support our mission. Key Competencies • Professional presence and ability to interact with physicians and senior stakeholders • Strong relationship-building skills • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment • Mission-driven with a commitment to improving cancer care Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Logistics • Coordinate logistics for oncology meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and hosted dinners • Arrange travel and accommodations for faculty, fellows, and invited participants • Support on-site execution, including registration, attendance tracking, and participant assistance • Assist with hybrid and virtual event coordination Fellows & Participant Management • Coordinate fellow scheduling, travel, and communications • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle Business Development Support • Complete and manage sponsorship portals • Ensure timely submission of required documents and deliverables Program Tracking & Reporting • Track registration, attendance, and engagement metrics • Maintain organized event records, timelines, and documentation • Assist with internal updates and post-event reports Administrative & Operational Support • Support internal processes to improve efficiency • Coordinate with marketing, IT, and other teams on event materials and communications Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, project coordination, or similar role preferred • Experience supporting healthcare, scientific, or corporate events preferred • Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Experience with CRM or event management tools preferred • Ability to travel for on-site event support What We Offer • Flexible, remote work environment • Meaningful work supporting advancements in oncology care • Opportunity to collaborate with leading experts in the field • Fast-paced, mission-focused team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Please describe which industries you’ve coordinated projects or events in. • At PrecisCa, all of our team members are full-time 1099 contract employees.
