Duties • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience every time • Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling • Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities • Manage food handling responsibilities, including bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation practices • Handle cashier duties with accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café or restaurant area, adhering to health regulations and safety standards Experience • Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred but not required—training will be provided • Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus • Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours • Experience in sales, upselling, and customer service roles demonstrating excellent communication skills • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures is highly desirable • Prior restaurant or grocery store experience will give you a solid foundation for success Join us today to become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier customer experiences.
