Description: • Praytell is an integrated marketing and creative communications agency creating integrated, headline-worthy campaigns across social, earned, digital and more. • Vice President to help lead the expansion of the Travel & Consumer teams, combining strategic planning and hands-on execution. • Lead and mentor teams; develop succession planning and resource allocation. • Manage a portfolio of large, mid-sized and small clients; oversee client communication and long-term strategy. • Shape PR, influencer, and social media disciplines and establish best practices. • Set financial goals for accounts, track time and budgets, ensure profitability and sustained growth. • Develop operational frameworks to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. • Oversee agency-wide written communications, deck development, and deliver presentations to senior clients. • Oversee channel audits, audience analysis and channel-specific strategies for earned, influencer and social. • Lead creative initiatives including newsjacking, earned-first creative programs, influencer/talent partnerships, social strategies and brand campaign concepts. • Support execution across earned media, influencer programming and social media programs. • Establish KPI frameworks, guide data analysis and lead stakeholder communication on performance. • Play an active role in new business from intake to pitching and response development. • Interview process: Submit Application; Phone Screen (30 mins); Team Interview (1 hour); Final Interview (30 mins); Take Home Test (TBD); Offer; Target Start Date: August / September. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in public relations and integrated communications. • Experience across the travel & tourism and consumer lifestyle sectors. • Proven track record leading large-scale integrated accounts. • Strategic leadership with strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams. • Financial oversight experience, including setting account profitability goals and budget tracking. Benefits: • Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 (Please note, the salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation. In the spirit of transparency, we typically offer salaries within the 25th to 75th percentiles and cannot exceed the maximum listed.
