Job Description: • Client Service • Start with ‘Yes’: Balance optimism with practicality to propose feasible solutions. • Spidey Senses in Tune: Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client concerns and mitigate risks effectively. • No Ego, No B.S.: Model humility by prioritizing solutions and results over personal credit. • Trust & Transparency: Build deeper client trust by delivering on promises and addressing issues directly and professionally. • Sense of Humor & Short Memory: Encourage positivity within the team by managing setbacks with grace and humor. • Spirit of Partnership: Strengthen relationships by taking ownership of client needs and exceeding expectations. • Account & Team Management Support • Brand & Business Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of client goals across PR, influencer, and social disciplines, contributing actionable ideas to campaigns. • Time & Budget Tracking: Support portions of campaign budgets and timelines, anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them. • Workflow Management: Lead portions of cross-functional workflows for integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. • Staffing: Ensure all time entered accurately via Harvest and flag if going under or over hours. • Employee Development: Lead by example, offering mentorship and coaching across junior levels while contributing to performance evaluations. • Effective Communication • Client Communication (Emails/Status Calls): Serve as a point of contact for clients on key projects, confidently managing discussions during status calls and meetings. • Written Materials: Ensure all written deliverables are polished and meet client expectations. • Deck Development: Contribute to the creation of decks, providing strategic input and ensuring alignment with client objectives. • Presentation Skills: Lead presentations for mid-level campaigns or projects, delivering clear, engaging, and actionable insights. • Strategic Planning • Channel Audits: Support channel audits by synthesizing data into clear, comprehensive insights and presenting findings to clients. • Target Audience Analysis: Translate audience insights into tailored pitches, channel approaches, and content strategies aligned with category nuances and client goals. • Channel Fluency & Strategies: Propose integrated strategies leveraging earned, influencer, and social channels, ensuring alignment with KPIs. • Creative Thinking • Newsjacking & Trend-to-Earned Ideas: Identify and develop timely social, cultural, and news-driven concepts across earned, influencer, and social campaigns, collaborating with teams to activate quickly while ensuring ideas are feasible and execution-ready. • Social Media: Propose creative, integrated social campaign ideas, leveraging platform-specific trends. • Influencer & Talent Partnerships: Contribute to the ideation of innovative influencer and advocacy partnerships, including micro-influencers, that enhance client visibility and engagement. • Brand Campaign Concepts: Participate in brainstorms and help refine big-picture concepts that align with client strategies and objectives. • Execution • Social Media Management: Own content calendars, platform optimization and day-to-day scheduling, including Sprinklr publishing and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Community Management: Oversee five-day-per-week community management, monitoring and responding to DMs, comments and engagements, with reactive posting as needed. • Influencer & Advocacy: Support influencer and UGC outreach, including contracting, consent approvals and reporting, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, strategy, analytics and account teams to ensure smooth, integrated execution across channels. • Copy Support: Provide copywriting support across social, influencer, and earned deliverables, ensuring materials are polished, on-brand, and client-ready. • KPI, Merchandising & Reporting • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Interpret campaign data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into impactful recommendations, supporting client decision-making. • Stakeholder Communication: Lead portions of reporting calls, effectively communicating key metrics and insights. • Goal Alignment & Performance Metrics: Ensure campaign strategies align with KPIs, tracking progress against benchmarks.
