Company Description Prayers Communication Services LLC is currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing healthcare support team serving Home Care Services organizations across the United States. If you are passionate about helping people, enjoy providing compassionate support, and have experience working in healthcare environments, we would love to hear from you. Role Description As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by delivering professional, empathetic, and HIPAA-compliant customer service. This role requires individuals who understand the importance of confidentiality, patience, and clear communication—especially when assisting elderly patients who require extra care and attention.
