Clean, sanitize, disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment while following safety and quality procedures.
High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
The Cleaning and Support Technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of production equipment. • Clean and sanitize production contact equipment including but not limited to hibar, graco, and wilden pumps, filling needles, hoppers, etc. • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment. • Repair all fill equipment when needed and troubleshoot fill problems. • Follow production schedule and prioritize workflow to ensure timely machine changeovers. • Assist with hazardous waste disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Ensures timely completion of work. • Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures. • Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions. • Ensure proper PPE and Safety procedures are followed. • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent, required. • 1 or more years of experience in production, warehouse, or related supply chain function, required.
