The Customer Integration Project Specialist will assist in the onboarding process of new clients and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. This role involves coordinating project plans, maintaining documentation, and supporting the integration of new systems.
A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields, and experience in regulated environments is a plus.

The Customer Integration Project Specialist will support the onboarding process of new clients, new equipment/production lines, and new system integration. This role is administrative and tactical and works with other departments at Praxis to help drive project timelines. Responsibilities Assists Project Manager in providing internal team and customers with project plans, line layouts and other supporting documentation as requested. Assist in providing project stakeholders with specific requirements of each project. Assist staff to determine program/project design, customer requirements, and performance standards. Maintain consistent communication with customer base; including, but not limited to:phone calls, emails, meetings (virtual and onsite). Assist in coordination of customer visits and line trials with appropriate departments. Supports successful onboarding of new customers in Praxis business and production systems. Works with customers to ensure appropriate documentation is provided to Praxis to support program implementation (including but not limited to; packaging specifications, MBR requirements, quality requirements). Assists in change control process for implementing new programs. Works actively with Sales to ensure program scope in relation to quote. Works actively with Customer Service and coordinates detail to hand-off once customer has been successfully onboarded. Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions. Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset. Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred. 5+ years of experience with customer service and/or working with new products, preferred. The ability to work independently, without supervision required. Ability to organize priorities and workload required. Previous experience in cGMP, FDA, or other highly regulated environment, preferred. Ability to present customer information to small or medium sized groups.
