7+ years in market research or competitive intelligence in biopharmaceutical/oncology, strong analytical and communication skills, vendor management experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Job Description: • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute BI&A research. • Lead research projects end-to-end, from study design and vendor management to analysis. • Track competitors, products, and technology platforms; identify emerging trends. • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively. • Maintain up-to-date competitive landscapes and track competitors, products, and technology platforms. • Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy within the biopharmaceutical/oncology sector. • Proven ability to design, manage, and interpret primary and secondary research studies. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Experience managing external vendors and leading cross-functional projects. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch biotech environment.
