Full Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to individuals with senior care in a group home setting. As a Caregiver you will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of our residents. We are also seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping staff and dietary aides to give our elderly the best living conditions possible. Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to residents with dementia care, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management - Observe patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor - Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including the home and its surroundings - Support residents with mobility and personal care needs - Assist with household chores, laundry, and cleaning tasks - Engage with residents through social activities and provide companionship - Collaborate with other caregivers and housekeeping staff to ensure the smooth operation of the group home Experience: - Previous experience working with senior care, home care, or individuals with developmental disabilities - Experience providing care and support to individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Reliable and punctual with a commitment to regular attendance - Comfortable with patient observation and vital sign management - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances Skills: - Senior care - Home care - Working with people with developmental disabilities - Cooking - Care - Group home - Dementia care - Patient observation - Direct support - Vital signs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift availability: • Night Shift (Preferred) • Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Ripon, WI 54971 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Ripon, WI 54971: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
