M&A Integration - Change Program Manager | Remote (U.S.) | Contract-to-Hire Some programs maintain the status quo. Others help shape the future of an organization. We're partnering with a global technology organization seeking a strategic Program Leader to drive the integration of newly acquired businesses into a complex enterprise environment. This is not a traditional Program Manager role. We're looking for someone who can: • Lead large-scale integration and transformation initiatives • Influence executive stakeholders and drive decision-making • Navigate organizational change and competing priorities • Align business and technology teams around a common vision • Operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed This role will oversee highly visible initiatives spanning enterprise applications, business operations, data, and process integration as acquired organizations are brought into a unified ecosystem.
