Business Analyst – Information Security (KPIs / KRIs) Location: Downtown Chicago (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Company: Fortune 500 Financial Services Organization Engagement: Long-term Contract We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise Information Security reporting and risk initiatives. This is a functional role focused on gathering and translating security requirements into KPI and KRI reporting. This position does not involve hands-on dashboard or technical development. Responsibilities • Gather and document business and security requirements • Partner with security, risk, and application teams to understand controls, policies, and reporting needs • Translate requirements for Power BI and Data Lake development teams • Validate dashboards to ensure alignment with business and process owner expectations • Support ongoing enhancements to existing security dashboards Qualifications • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments • Conceptual understanding of Information Security, with experience in at least three areas such as IAM, PAM, SecOps, Vulnerability Management, or Data Protection • Strong communication and documentation skills • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams Additional Information • No Power BI, SQL, or hands-on development required • Financial services experience is not required • Hybrid work model requiring three days onsite in downtown Chicago
