The Dental Marketing Team The Dental Marketing Team drives awareness, engagement, and growth across Tops, EasyRx, Gaidge, and Magic Touch through cohesive brand storytelling, campaign execution, and content-driven demand generation. Together, the team ensures consistent visibility, partner alignment, and measurable ROI across the dental vertical. The Career Opportunity The Associate Product Marketing Manager – Dental Vertical plays a pivotal role in leading marketing strategy, execution, and content development across four key brands in PracticeTek’s dental portfolio: Tops, EasyRx, Gaidge, and Magic Touch. Each brand contributes uniquely to the digital transformation of the dental and orthodontic ecosystem: Tops – A comprehensive orthodontic practice management solution that simplifies scheduling, billing, and patient engagement. EasyRx – A universal lab prescription management and digital workflow platform used by dental practices and labs to create, manage, and track lab prescriptions digitally. Gaidge – A powerful business analytics platform that delivers real-time data insights to orthodontic practices, improving operational performance and strategic decision-making. Magic Touch – A comprehensive lab management solution designed to streamline operations for dental labs. As the growth brand in the portfolio, Magic Touch focuses on expanding market presence and driving innovation in digital lab management. You’ll own all aspects of marketing across these brands—from strategy and content to execution and reporting—with a strategic growth focus on Magic Touch, the portfolio’s priority brand. This includes developing customer testimonial programs, leading content creation and brand programming, and executing ongoing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and retention. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with peer Product Marketing Managers, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to deliver integrated, high-performing programs that align with company objectives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to align brand messaging, campaign execution, and performance goals across the portfolio. This is a remote position, working with colleagues across Eastern and Pacific time zones. Areas of Accountability Lead Generation: Drive diversified lead generation strategies to exceed monthly targets across all four brands. Primary KPIs include MQL, SQL, MRR, and CAC. Brand Positioning: Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and craft tailored messaging for each brand while maintaining a cohesive portfolio narrative. Content Development & Strategy: Lead multi-brand content initiatives—including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and educational programming. Partner with customers to build advocacy content and success stories. Manage the annual content calendar for all brands. Marketing Initiatives: Lead campaign planning, brand partnerships, trade shows, and digital experiences that drive engagement and pipeline growth. Planning: Deliver quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Product stakeholders. Execution: Partner with design, SEO, paid media, and social teams to implement and optimize marketing programs across all four brands. Sales Enablement: Provide branded materials, campaigns, presentations, and nurture workflows tailored per brand to support sales goals. Customer Programming: Design and execute advocacy, retention, and engagement programs to increase adoption, loyalty, and satisfaction. Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Maintain nurture and retention email programs for all brands, ensuring content is relevant and consistent with each brand’s tone and messaging. Budget Stewardship: Manage allocated budgets and ensure campaign efficiency across brands, optimizing impact and spend. Performance Reporting: Deliver quarterly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement, tracking KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and ROI. Competencies for Success 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS/software; experience in the dental, orthodontic, or healthcare industries is highly valued. Proven expertise in content marketing, storytelling, and brand programming. Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Zoho). Data-driven and results-focused, with proven ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for impact. Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
