At PR Managing Partners, we are an expanding telecommunications sales and management firm. Our company is on the lookout for driven individuals to join our Sales Consultant - Telecommunications team. We focused on being specialists in the technology and telecommunications field by offering our customers with service solutions that impact their daily lives in a positive way. Our Sales Consultant - Telecommunications will understand all wireless, internet and service products available to best provide customers with solutions and assistance. This Sales Consultant - Telecommunications is for ambitious candidates eager to launch their careers in wireless sales and be a part of the upcoming telecommunication field while building the skills. As a Sales Consultant - Telecommunications you will communicate directly with customers, learning how to deliver exceptional service while mastering core sales strategies and actively listen to their requests. Sales Consultant - Telecommunications Responsibilities: • Work with customers to explain and present product details including demonstrations, education on services and new features • Help customers with product questions and resolving any issues or requests • Conduct personalized needs assessments and recommend tailored wireless and internet solutions, including upgrade • Identify sales opportunities to expand existing accounts through strategic cross-selling and upselling • Monitor account activity and engagement to identify trends and support reporting on performance metrics • Share customer insights and feedback with the management team to enhance service quality and account strategies Sales Consultant - Telecommunications Qualifications: • Energetic, coachable individuals with a passion for sales and customer service • Communication skills both written and verbal to communicate effectively with customers and team members • Eagerness to learn and take on increasing levels of managerial responsibility • Ability to commute to our office location • Previous sales, hospitality, and/or customer service experience is a plus • Bilingual is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,600.00 per month Benefits: • Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
