Position Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of ground-up construction projects - from kickoff through closeout. • Act as the primary client contact to define project scope, expectations, and resources. • Oversee construction execution in collaboration with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors. • Ensure safety, quality, budget, and timeline compliance across all project stages. • Manage schedules, financials, change orders, job costing, and performance tracking. • Represent the company in client meetings, subcontractor negotiations, and strategy sessions. • Mentor and support Project Engineers, contributing to team development. • Solve problems and mitigate risks proactively and professionally. • Deliver a clean, complete project closeout - including all financial documentation. Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering-related field. • 7+ years of industrial project management experience, preferably in heavy industrial or automotive sectors. • Demonstrated ability to manage technical, financial, scheduling, and safety aspects of large-scale projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office software. • Strong planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
