Learn more about our work here: https://www.poweredbyprofessionals.com/ Step Into a Role That Matters: Development and Fundraising Coordinator Drive fundraising success by cultivating meaningful relationships with event volunteers, participants, and supporters. Partner with participants to expand their donor base and provide strategic support for fundraising conversations and solicitations. Collaborate with clients to develop and execute comprehensive development strategies that strengthen event engagement, grow participation, and maximize revenue. Act as a trusted advisor and resource to ensure participants are empowered and equipped to meet and exceed their fundraising goals. Fundraising & Operational Support: Collaborate closely with our team to execute 5+ major fundraising events annually, with a strong focus on development goals. You'll play a key role in driving revenue by supporting donor engagement strategies, building relationships through various networks, and ensuring every aspect of the event—from planning to execution—supports fundraising success. Innovation & Adaptation: Embrace technology, recommending and managing the best platforms and tools to enhance event execution and participant engagement. Team Collaboration & Coordination: Work in close partnership with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to event planning, execution, and follow-up. What You'll Bring: • A bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit administration. • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and efficiency. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal collaboration and external relationship-building with donors, partners, and stakeholders. • A donor-centered mindset with a passion for cultivating and stewarding relationships to support long-term engagement and giving. • Comfort working with donor databases (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar CRM systems) and proficiency in tracking and analyzing data to inform strategy. • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to support the execution of development plans, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives. • High attention to detail and follow-through, especially in gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and event planning. • A flexible, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when working with confidential donor information. • A commitment to excellence, with a collaborative, team-oriented spirit and a proactive, can-do approach to taking initiative and solving problems.
