Be the force that moves orders from shelf to ship From the moment an order drops to the instant a carrier pulls away, you’ll own the journey. You’ll locate materials, verify every detail against work orders, pack with precision, and coordinate shipments so customers get exactly what they expect—on time and in perfect condition. What your day looks like • Retrieve products from assigned warehouse locations and stage them for packing. • Interpret work orders and verbal instructions to determine correct items, quantities, and containers. • Verify SKU, lot, and count accuracy against order specifications. • Pack materials to specification, selecting the right containers and protective materials to prevent damage in transit. • Prepare shipping labels and documentation; confirm addresses and paperwork are complete and accurate. • Coordinate with shipping carriers to dispatch packages on schedule. • Inspect items during pick/pack to catch defects or discrepancies early. • Update stock levels in inventory systems; flag shortages or overages promptly. • Collaborate with teammates to meet daily shipping targets. Schedule & setting: This is a full-time, on-site role at our manufacturing facility. Standard schedule is 36 hours per week, with overtime possible based on demand. Work environment & physical demands: Warehouse/manufacturing environment using a variety of tools and equipment. You will regularly stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and must have good visual acuity. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout all departments within the facility. Core qualifications • Detail-focused multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving setting. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset. • Consistently able to lift 50 lbs. • Clear communicator; able to read and follow written work instructions. • Forklift licensed/certified. • Proficient in shipping/receiving, packaging, loading/unloading vehicles. • Warehouse and manufacturing environment experience. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. • Meets all physical requirements. • High School diploma or GED.
