Part-Time Customer Service Associate – PostalAnnex (Up to 32 Hours/Week) Location: Calabasas, California Hours: Part-time, up to 32 hours per week Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience About Us: PostalAnnex is your one-stop shop for packing, shipping, printing, and business services—and we also have an amazing gift shop filled with unique cards, gifts, and locally sourced items. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a professional, community-oriented environment. Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate. If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and general services • Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL systems • Package items safely and efficiently • Operate printing, copying, and scanning equipment • Assist with mailbox rentals and other business services • Help maintain and merchandise the gift shop area • Maintain store cleanliness, stock supplies, and organize workstations • Handle basic cash register and POS functions Preferred Skills & Experience: • Previous retail or customer service experience • Familiarity with shipping services and software • Experience with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) • Comfort with printing and document services • Notary Public certification is a big plus (or willingness to become certified) We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Able to multitask and stay organized • Willingness to learn and grow within the role • Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends Why Join PostalAnnex? • Supportive and friendly team environment • Variety of tasks—no two days are the same • Opportunity to gain valuable skills in business services • Work surrounded by fun and thoughtful gift items • Competitive pay: $18–$23/hour, depending on experience To Apply: Please email your resume and a short cover letter to PA23028@postalannex.com.
