BEFORE YOU APPLY One question decides this: are you the person your team escalates to today? Not the person who helps with escalations. The one it lands on when nobody else can work it out. If that is not you yet, this is not the seat. We look for three or more years of hands on MSP experience, meaning many client companies rather than one internal IT department. If you are a little short on three 3 years but you are already the escalation point where you are, apply and tell us. ABOUT US Positive Tech Solutions has been a New York managed service provider for 21 years, serving small and midsize businesses. Our clients are careful, quiet businesses that value discretion and good manners. So do we. THE ROLE Clients send us everything. Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks, firewalls, phone systems, security, and whatever shows up next. When nobody on the team has seen it before, it lands on your desk. • Work out what is actually broken, in systems you have never touched • Build and migrate, not only maintain. Servers stood up, tenants moved, networks replaced • Talk with clients by phone and email every day, and leave them feeling looked after • Write down what you found, so the next person can follow your trail Our stack is Autotask and ConnectWise, Datto and Acronis for backup, Sophos and SonicWall on the network, and Microsoft 365 with Entra ID and Intune. Clients rate us on every ticket, and that feedback goes straight to you and your team lead. NOT FOR YOU IF • You want a script for every problem • Learning something new feels like a chore • Client calls feel like interruptions • You would rather work alone and keep what you know to yourself PAY AND SCHEDULE • $75,000 to $85,000 per year • Fully remote, anywhere in the United States • Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend when a client needs us • 401(k) and paid time off HOW TO APPLY Send a resume.
