Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Summer Camp Curriculum Developer to design engaging, educational, and fun curricula tailored for summer camp programs for elementary school age campers (5 years to 10 years). This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft immersive learning experiences that inspire creativity, curiosity, and skill development among diverse age groups. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in instructional design, learning technology, and curriculum development to create impactful content that enhances campers’ growth and enjoyment throughout the summer season. This paid position is perfect for passionate educators and content creators eager to make a positive difference in young learners’ lives. Duties • Develop comprehensive summer camp curricula aligned with educational standards and camp objectives, ensuring activities promote learning through play and exploration • The final output will be a presentation with audio / video and text. • Classroom teachers will project the presentation and should be able to speak to content on the slides with minimum preparation. Experience • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training & development roles within educational or youth program settings • Strong classroom experience or teaching background with children or adolescents preferred • Strong MS Office or Google Docs experience • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with camp directors • Knowledge of classroom management techniques and presentation skills to facilitate engaging training sessions Join us in shaping memorable summer experiences by developing innovative curricula that ignite young minds!
