Venue Engagement Coordinator Part-Time | Remote within the U.S. About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Venue Engagement Coordinator to support the VP of Venue Engagement and help strengthen our relationships with venues throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you’ll act as the operational “glue” within the Venue Engagement (VE) team — connecting Onboarding, Renewals, and Admin to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and forward momentum. You’ll contribute to research, process improvement, and system optimization that help the team work smarter and move faster. You’ll play a key role in researching and evaluating venue opportunities, maintaining accurate records, building efficient systems, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and surface actionable insights. What You’ll Do Venue Research & Strategy Research and prioritize new venues for potential onboarding, aligning with company expansion goals. Evaluate venue viability for renewals and onboarding, supporting data-driven decision-making. Contribute to VE’s long-term engagement strategy to maintain strong, consistent venue relationships. Operational Coordination Maintain accurate venue records in Airtable, ensuring all flags, notes, and data fields are up to date. Recommend and implement new methods for tracking and managing venue information. Create and update SOPs for Onboarding and Renewals, promoting clarity and consistency across the team. Serve as a key link between VE Onboarding, VE Renewals, and VE Admin, helping to coordinate tasks, share information, and keep initiatives on track. Team & Executive Support Support the VP of Venue Engagement with scheduling, meeting preparation, and proposal creation for new venues. Draft clear and professional communications with clients and partners, ensuring follow-ups are timely and accurate. Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance reporting. Analyze VE workflows and suggest process improvements to increase team productivity and visibility. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or account management (entertainment, events, or partnerships experience a plus). Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for opportunity and detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, and collaborative project tools. Comfort with AI tools and a passion for automation and process innovation. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a love of systems, structure, and clarity.
