Role Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities while supporting a limited set of operational tasks that help keep sales processes running smoothly. This role is primarily sales-focused, with approximately 70–80% sales responsibilities and 20–30% operations support. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities (Primary – 70–80%) • Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and other outreach channels • Conduct product demos or sales presentations (virtual or phone-based) • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM • Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to drive conversions Operations Responsibilities (Secondary – 20–30%) • Customer service with existing clients • Support sales reporting (pipeline updates, weekly/monthly metrics) • Help coordinate contracts, order forms, or onboarding documentation • Assist with basic sales process improvements or documentation • Act as a liaison between sales and operations for routine requests Required Qualifications • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer-facing, or business development experience • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a small or growing company environment • Familiarity with sales operations or revenue operations processes • Experience working toward quotas or performance-based goals Key Skills & Competencies • Sales prospecting and objection handling • Time management and prioritization • Data accuracy and process discipline • Customer-focused mindset • Collaboration across teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Inside sales: 3 years (Required) • CRM software: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
